JIVARO® automatically detects each carton’s fill level, trims excess height to match the product dimensions, folds the lid, and applies tape or glue before labeling—all without slowing throughput. Powered by intelligent sensors and servo-controlled blades, the system delivers millimeter-level accuracy, eliminates manual resizing, and produces consistent, carrier-ready boxes every time.

How it works:
When a carton enters via INTELIS® conveyors, sensors immediately scan its internal fill height. Any excess flap area is then precisely trimmed, after which lids are folded and securely sealed. Labels are printed and applied automatically, and the finished carton exits to sortation or palletizing.

Result: a right-sized, sealed, and traceable parcel—every time.
