With lifts that reach up to 20 meters, you can fully utilize your warehouse by adding multiple storage levels. Picking stations can also be stacked across two or more floors, each served directly by the lifts. The X-PTS® aisles are divided into secure, isolated maintenance zones to keep your system running at peak performance. During any maintenance activity, only the shuttles within the affected zone are paused—allowing the rest of the system to continue operating without disruption. Every minute of production counts.

At our Aurora Manufacturing and Training Center, X-PTS® shuttles are constantly putting away and retrieving totes, feeding goods-to-person workstations, automated packaging, and outbound sortation.
